Well here’s a story for ya –
I saw this baja on the internet in Clovis, Ca January 2024. Contacted the seller. He wasn’t very friendly at all. This inspired me even more to get that thing out of his possession. I got the feeling if he kept it more bad decisions were about to happen and I was right. Anyways we agreed on a price which was high but fair enough. I have a buddy that lives in Clovis (PAX) I rang him up and asked if he would go have a look at the baja for me. He was down to do that. Later that week he gave me the thumbs up with also explaining issues he noticed. ALL GOOD! Was delivered to Pax that same week. Soon later Baja society was having their annual event out in Johnson Valley and Pax offered to trailer it out there and camp with us and be my co driver for this event. Worked out perfect. Pax and Fire baja arrived around 12 noon on a friday. Oh BTW I knew there were tons of parts missing off the baja so i brought what parts I thought it need to fire up out in the desert. As soon as he pulled up We unloaded and I pulled the motor out. I and much of the Baja Society crew worked on the motor and the car to get her ready to re install and fire her up right there in the desert. We have almost gone through this whole baja. New parts and great mechanics on this job.
Pics are a bit mixed up but you get the idea.
