In 2012 I was just looking around on the internet baja photos and this one popped up not for sale just in photos.
I thought to myself YES that’s a clean baja and it had what looked like to be 4 lug centerline wheels. Interior seats all brown and black ( my favorite colors).
Fast forward to 2022 this baby came up for sale on the net. I was not sure it was the same baja till I pulled the pic out of my my apple phots stuck them together side by side and sure enough
BOOM same car. Looked like the car had been left to sit since 2012 and for sure needed someone who loved bajas to bring this beautiful baby back. I am that person for real.
All photos are here. I will post the 2012 photo and the photos i took the day I went to have a look at her for sale in Santa Ana ca. The gentleman selling the car had a vw bay window bus you will notice in the pics. Pictures will not be in order. Sorry.
Car was not running when I bought her But she’s running now and well. Seems to have a nice cam. Not sure on size motor but does have some vintage baby dual carbs that work well.
We have done this work on the car so far.
Oh and yes real 4 lug centerline wheels with correct baja offset.
New electric fuel pump with new wires
Drained all old gas cleaned tank.
New fuel lines up front
Adjusted valves
New plugs
